The QuiTruss Mobile Factory is a cutting-edge manufacturing solution that produces roof and floor trusses and wall framings. With a weekly production rate of completing a two-story 10,000 square feet multi-family building roof & floor truss and wall framing in just 5 working days or less, or a 1-story 3,000 square feet single-family home roof trusses in just one working day, it is an efficient and reliable choice.
This fully automated equipment requires minimal labor except for feeding lumber and moving completed trusses and wall framing. Customers will also have access to a database of architectural and engineering plans for popular single- and multi-family homes, along with permitting support by QuiTruss partners.
QuiTruss or its partners provide metal nail plates at approximately $1 per square foot of construction. For those interested in renting the equipment, the approximate daily fee is $5,000 or $6 per square foot, whichever is greater, including the metal nail plates and the shop drawings.
Full-service architectural, engineering, and permit expediter service is available for $5 per square foot.
A minimum purchase of $25,000 is required for rental.

Rental Overview
QuiTruss Mobile Factory rental services are expected to be available in Q4 of 2024 and Q1 of 2025. We will notify waiting list members of rental availability details.
Product rental availability is based on a first-come, first-served basis for pre-ordered customers.
We are currently accepting Early Rental Registrations until June 1st, 2023. A required fully refundable deposit of $2,500.00 is necessary to secure your rental reservation. Early registrations before June 1st qualify for a 5% discount on the rental market price.
QuiTruss reserves the right to fully refund your payment and cancel your order at any time.

Refund Policy
At QuiTruss, we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, we offer a refund policy that allows for full refunds per customer request until the customer confirms a purchase and signs the order contract.
Customers can request a refund by emailing [email protected] with their payment receipt information. Refunds will only be made to the original form of payment, and payments made by check can qualify for ACH payments to the same bank account as the original payment.
We will process refund requests within 30 days of receiving the request or if the equipment is not purchased by the end of 2025. However, please note that once a customer proceeds with their purchase and signs the contract to buy the equipment, their deposit becomes non-refundable.
